Around the NFL

No clue where to post some stuff not necessarily team related but could be? Feel free to delete if this belongs somewhere else.

Maxx and Parsons would be nasty. I probably wouldn’t pay the price though.

Lmao
This douche might be the sleaziest, slimiest weasel in the entire NFL. Now this time around with his antics he hands the play calling duties over to Webb for the first 4 games

Chiefs
Jaguars
Rams
49ers

The team goes 2-2 and now he decides to take over the reigns. Next 4 games

Chargers
Seahawks (Home on a short week)
Cardinals
Chiefs (home seeing them for the 2nd time now)

"Yeah, give me some juicyfruit gum. Non spearmint." :vomit:

Crazy that they ever thought it was a good idea in the first place. Mayfield is a classic overachiever who has reached pretty good some of the time status.

A TEAM can win with Mayfield. He does need pieces around him though. He is def in the top 15 of QB's and that can give you a chance. He's done well for the teams he's played for and the coaches he's had.

Not every QB has HOF Andy Reid coaching the team.

That is the same with every qb. Look at who won the Super Bowl last year.

And look at who was Super Bowl MVP--K9. First time for an RB to be MVP since 1997. Nice piece to have and necessary for that QB to succeed.

Exactly. Does Seattle perform with Mayfield at the helm? Especially with Kubiak in his ear.

Yes, of course. But some QBs need good RBs and some need superior RBs.

I don't see it that way at all.

I agree that you can win with a mediocre QB look at Darnold. I don't think you can win with one who is a turnover machine and not too smart. I love watching Mayfield play and do often but he is out of control a lot. He will turn the ball over at the worst possible times or take a sack when you just cant. I don't see him winning consistently in big games ever

Fun guy to watch because of his style of play very much in the vein of Tarkenton. But both guys cost their teams at very bad times.

Apparently the Cardinals are trading MHJ, and are holding him out of tomorrow’s game. We’ll see who the, er lucky?, winner is.

Colt's are supposedly out...it's Texans, Raiders or Chiefs!
