Post Game thread - no moral victories, But…

Don’t believe in moral victories but the Raiders fought till the end.

In years past this team would have folded. It wasn’t perfect, it wasn’t mistake free but we just proved we can go toe to toe with the Chiefs this year.

If not the best he is certainly up there.

The NFL is cyclical, even Bellichek faded at the end with the Pats. Is Andy going to fade anytime soon? Who knows but they are closer to the end of his run than the beginning. We're just starting.

I would hope after reviewing the game he’s humbled & realizes as good as he is you can’t get arrogant like that
I disagree. He didn't back down on his call while he was disappointed it didn't work out. There is a difference between confidence and arrogance. He handled it perfectly. He unapologetically owned it.

You want to talk about idiotic arrogance fairy tale bullshit watch Hue Jackson's "I drive the bus" speech.

Yep. Our running game is struggling, we don't have a true #1 WR, our number one draft pick is wearing a baseball cap yet we are 3-1 and a few breaks away from being 4-0.

Another positive to take from this one is that we don't have the talent that KC does and we still almost beat them. We're just lacking some horses.

Maybe our Gs begin to gel--that's still a possibility. If not, that's fine as long as we can get 7-8 wins and look good in the rest. It'll make us a good place for a FA and be well positioned in the draft to pick one up.

The same goes for WR.

To go up against an HOF coach and QB* and almost beat them when we have a rookie HC and lot less talent says good things for the future.

*I hate saying that.

We were in it til the end. This is well coached team and all the credit goes to Kubiak. Raider football is fun to watch again. Even though we didn’t win but fans are believing and that’s all that matters. However, I didn’t like seeing a lot of ketchup colored jerseys in the stands today.

I know Spytek loves his picks as many of us do…but damn, a legit vet WR would be nice..I’m not talking an all pro…like a Jennings type

Special teams were f[raiders_icon]cking up the whole game. Not surprised they are the reason we lost

They played hard and played a real team...Questions answered ..... The team can compete this year....as of now..
It hurts to lose, but you have to take away positives from this game- .... Shit happens in games even with great players mistakes get made..
One or two bounces and we win..... Sometimes you need a bounce and it's more likely to be lucky than perfect..
Preparation meeting opportunity ..... Fans can be proud IMO,

Kirk threw for 350 or so…

Mahomes was 15/30… he didn’t look elite tonight.

Worthy won some matchups and walker wore us out.

Need to cleanup our return game, KR and PR. Guys we got out there seem hesitant, uncomfortable, and the ball security is very poor. 2 KR fumbles in the past 2 games?

Other than that I felt like I was watching a real football game that we could realistically win and it’s been a long time since I felt that way playing the chiefs.

Plus I took the +4.5 and won some money from a chiefs fan.

IDC that he unapologetically owned the call. Going up 16-10 on a Super Bowl contender in your own house is big. Eve JJ Watt admitted that if KC scored back to back touchdowns you’re only down 1 score. No way a 4th & 2 opportunity was it worth it right there. I’d rather him be smart than brag about being aggressive
