Fernando's arm looks much better than advertised. His play action game under center is already phenomenal IMO. He made tough, layered throws over a linebacker and in front of a safety. And he did it with zip too. I think he's gonna be special. There was an awful lot of blown protection assignments when he was in there. Instant pressure on many plays

6'3" - nice
Tiny nickle Greedy is the only CB on the PS right now (since Decamarion ended up over at NO), so scouring around for a big one makes all the sense.

While I completely understand why all teams limit exposure like this, I see a red flag when it comes to this post.Atlasffa wrote: Thu Sep 03, 2026 11:58 am This came up a couple weeks ago or so--the reason we get limited video from TC:
1.) If this was about last year, the 2025 season, these two teams didn't face off until week 10.
2.) If it was about the year before, the 2024 season it would make more sense as they met week 1.
What seems like a big head stretching moment is, are you telling me that the packers were that unaware of this issue of something like this happening just two seasons ago??? They truly aren't that oblivious? For the love of pete, there were teams back in the day that thought helicopters that were flying over there fields where hired by Al Davis to spy on them. Spygate 2000-2002???! Anyone of those fans that goes to any TC could be a spy for a team or as noted here people from an organization could watch videos from legitimate fans and uncover stuff.

I’m just curious what did you see that made you think he played exceptionally poorly?Opoponax50 wrote: Thu Sep 03, 2026 9:43 am I am concerned about how poorly Mendoza did in preseason. He showed nothing that any 2nd rounder couldn't have shown.
Does that mean I'm predicting long term failure?
Of course not. But I do think he's behind schedule.
A lot of people here would be lying if they thought he would've been so clearly behind the curve by this point. We were hoping he'd give Cousins some kind of run for his money, but instead the coaching staff had an easy decision to make.
As I've said before, maybe I have football PTSD from six years of excuse making with Carr. All he needed was a great receiving corp, a star TE, an all pro O-line, and a top 5 running game. Then he'd show the world what he can do. I don't want to see the same thing happen all over again.

I have no idea when this took place and maybe they were obscuring the dates on purpose to protect the guilty/stupid/naive. I only meant to point out that there's a good reason they limit TC video taping and even viewing for fans and media. Fans were complaining about their inability to view more tape earlier in the TC period.16 to 88 wrote: Thu Sep 03, 2026 3:24 pm While I completely understand why all teams limit exposure like this, I see a red flag when it comes to this post.

Article from link:
The Raiders worked out 16 players on Thursday. They signed three.
Wide receiver Ronnie Bell, offensive lineman Evan Neal and defensive end Azeez Ojulari are staying in Vegas to join the team’s practice squad.
In corresponding moves, the Raiders released defensive end Jahfari Harvey, offensive tackle Kamar Missouri and tight end Albert Okwuegbunam.
The Giants released Neal on Sunday. He has not played since 2024.
The Giants selected him seventh overall in the 2022 draft, and he began his career at right tackle. The Giants moved him to right guard, and he did not play a snap there last season.
He ended his Giants career with 29 games played, including 27 starts.
The Giants selected Ojulari in the second round of the 2021 draft, and he played four seasons in New York. He spent last season with the Eagles but played only three games.
The Falcons signed him in March but terminated his contract on Sunday.
In 49 games over five seasons, Ojulari has totaled 113 tackles, 22 sacks and 38 quarterback hits.
The 49ers selected Bell in the seventh round of the 2023 draft. He has appeared in 28 career games for the 49ers and Saints, catching 10 passes for 113 yards and four touchdowns.

My post wasn't directed to you it was the post itself. Blows my mind that a team in the NFL not only didn't protect against something that seems to obvious to me. But they were also completely oblivious to it and ended up tattling on themselves.

Clicked on it and all I can say is this is awesome.Atlasffa wrote: Thu Sep 03, 2026 8:20 pm Here's Warren Sharp's response: (be sure to click "show more")
As if it shouldn't have been obvious to the packers in the first place, you would think the same about people that go around calling others "tin foil hat" conspiracy theorist.
Seriously, there are so many shenanigans going on in the NFL and has been since the beginning of time you would think the rose colored glasses crowd would finally have a clue.

Some more shenanigans... I guess fans have no idea how some of the games are won and lost. LOL.16 to 88 wrote: Thu Sep 03, 2026 8:48 pm Clicked on it and all I can say is this is awesome.
