No clue where to post some stuff not necessarily team related but could be? Feel free to delete if this belongs somewhere else.
Maxx and Parsons would be nasty. I probably wouldn’t pay the price though.

This conversation started after your ridiculous post where a piece of shit beat and strangled a woman who you assumed was a ho. Vrabel didn't beat or strangle anyone.

The Patriots are going to have a tough team again this season. They are making the most out of their Frake Maye rookie contract window.

When teams get butt f[raiders_icon]cked in the Bowl they usually have a lingering hangover into the next season. Its possible they don't, but it's more likely they do. Denver & New England are taking a step back from last year's records regardless imorich72 wrote: Mon Jun 01, 2026 5:39 pm The Patriots are going to have a tough team again this season. With the Garrett deal, read somewhere that Kobie Turner, Byron Young may make it to the open market for the 2027 free agency class.

I mean there’s two ways to look at it.SkullCrusher wrote: Mon Jun 01, 2026 4:53 pm It's a great move if it works.
We tried it with Plunket/Wilson and back then most thought it was a great move when it happened. Rich get richer if I recall.
1. In the context of the move itself.
Makes sense, might be a little bit of a reach on a young QB without a lot of snaps in college but is going to be sitting at the pro level for 1-2 years. Coming up under an offensive mastermind. Succession plan that allows you to aggressively gamble on the rest of your picks.
2. The finished product.
Does he live up to his pick and if they lose out on a SB, was there someone they could/should have taken instead.
I think the move is a smart one. Whether he pans out or not, the logic tracks.

Yes it is a smart move. As we know smart moves can fail to.TrueFan420 wrote: Tue Jun 02, 2026 12:30 pm I mean there’s two ways to look at it.

Just going back to that time, we were still on Raiders 2.0 at that time.
Raiders 2.0 means when Al took over the team in the mid-60's.
We kept building the staff in-house from then.
No fire coach, no fire GM and start over again. It's a near expansion team when you do.
We were 20 years in still running the same infrastructure.
Whenever we hit pay dirt again, you want to keep that thing rolling, that's how you become perennial.
