Cousins signs with Raiders
I don't love this. I get it, but I don't love it.

Some Raider fans seem to hate Brady and think he has nothing to add, but it sure seems like most NFL players consider him NFL royalty and feel his presence is a big positive factor for the Raiders. It's not going to be the only reason we attract players, but it can tip the scales when it's close.

He is generally respected by players and I believe he can sway a close decision in our favor. Funny how I can’t let go of the Immaculate Reception but somehow can the “fumble” he should have been called for. Maybe it’s because he is now part of the organization and is on our side. With Cousins on the team, it is not a question of when will we see Mendoza on the field but if we will see Cousins ever on the field.

Preseason will be interesting. Will Cousins play a possession or two and then Mendoza play the rest of the half? Will Cousins and Mendoza both play a quarter or more with the starters? Will preseason be a "true" QB competition or are their starting roles already penciled in?

No, I do know how I feel. I have not waivered once on what I want. I, however, am just an interested observer in this as I know who makes the calls.
