Free Agency thread for Raiders and league-wide
Free agency opens March 11. CBS Sports has their top 50 ranking. No Raiders on the list. I am surprised at a couple rated high - Aaron Rodgers and Daniel Jones. Lots of wide receivers

I guess the Raiders are good at something: developing players for other teams

Every min Linderbaum price is rising. I think it’s gonna be huge.

Pitt's new contract for Pittman isn't too bad considering the money being thrown around today. 60 mil for 3 years. Not a bad deal for the Steelers. I'm sure it's year 3 team friendly deal.

Development matters. When almost every new season begins with a new coaching staff it’s probably going to hurt the development of some young players. Hopefully this new regime has legs.raider_kin wrote: Mon Mar 09, 2026 9:58 am I guess the Raiders are good at something: developing players for other teams![]()

The 2 I’d like are oweh and linderbaum. Both still available

Really glad we didn't make the mistake of giving Alec Pierce that insane contract. That guy will be lucky to get 50 receptions a year. I'd lay a few bucks on him not getting 1K yards this year.
I'd pass on Linderbaum too if his number reaches 25 mill per. Get David Edwards. This is a weak guard draft class but we can get solid center prospects in day three.

The disclaimer:
It's important to note that almost none of these contracts will look as lucrative for the player once the details are filed with the league and disseminated. Gotta accept that these are going to be "up to" numbers that we're seeing because it's what the agents want in the news. And guarantees aren't as guaranteed as they claim to be.
