Well, sure, Seattle is where you get ice. No where else. Duh.Toast wrote: Sat Jan 31, 2026 3:36 pm We typically have cold dry winters in Eastern WA in non La Niña seasons. Been through many winters in the North Cascades but that high relative humidity 38 degree winter bullshit in your area is the coldest I have been in my life. It's like a frigid f[raiders_icon]cking blanket of despair, no wonder you guys are known for your coffee.
Incidentally, duh is the best word ever. It is the ultimate kid word. A kid can sell duh and make it stick. If I go into a meeting at work and hear the most obvious statement ever, if I crack a "duh" it would be met with awkward silence. Which is another "duh" moment. Awkward silence, well duh

Ahh, Classic Gex X vernacular. Of course I abandoned it about the age of 12 when the tried and tru F-Bomb would apply out of the earshot of teachers or parents. Then somewhere along the way the f[raiders_icon]ck off became a common salutation and applicable to every day life.Attyla wrote: Sat Jan 31, 2026 3:47 pm Well, sure, Seattle is where you get ice. What are Tom Cable's chances? This f[raiders_icon]cking place would come apart of Mark Davis pulled rank and hired Tom f[raiders_icon]cking Cable.

Habit I suppose. This discussion forum is a lot more tolerant than the now defunct Pro Sports Daily one I used to frequent.Attyla wrote: Sat Jan 31, 2026 4:01 pm unless you pansy out and say the actual letters WTF, which will get a Dafuk is that from me.

I disagree that Kubiak has all the leverage. We can make his only options of Seattle or Arizona. We can revive the Webb deal or go onto another option.
This needs to be a cooperative effort whereby each side needs the other

Is he 6'4"? I heard in order to win a Super Bowl you need to be that height. Just QBs? Or does it apply to coaches too?

There's an easy way to tell if Kubiak is coming here: If we don't suddenly hire Evero.Attyla wrote: Sat Jan 31, 2026 4:06 pm 4PM Pacific time. No news

If Kubiak's not coming, there's no reason not to hire Evero right away so he can start building his staff. The only reason we wouldn't hire a guy this weekend is if he's not officially available to hire yet, and that means SB coach Kubiak.

Assuming other candidates that they considered actually would have taken the job but they were 2nd and 3rd choices if that, then might as well get your guy. Or, we could settle. Yeah, everybody would love that. Then whose to say it's not already a done deal and has been for a while and they have been ironing out the numbers and the details.ALLRAIDERWORLD21 wrote: Sat Jan 31, 2026 4:29 pm Its going to be a massive contract with most likely at least 5 years guaranteed..

Well for what it is worth the buzz amongst the Seahawk faithful is that Kubiak will be taking the Raiders job. No one wants him to go to a division rival.
