So the next bet is how much kubiak makes his first year? Give me 1k on him getting an 8 million deal to start. Since I'll be begging for fake money if I'm close i accept any donations.

I’d be absolutely shocked if it’s not more. He holds the cards and he knows it. I’m betting closer to double that, if he even takes the job. What other choice does Davis have at this point?Nor_Cal_Raider wrote: Thu Jan 29, 2026 6:29 pm So the next bet is how much kubiak makes his first year? I suspect numbers have already been discussed and he has accepted and they are beginning to discuss staffs. Saturday is just a get together at this point

Belichick didn't exactly wreak charisma. Reading between the lines I think you are referring to him.chucker wrote: Thu Jan 29, 2026 1:00 pm That is the mystery with Kubiak. His public persona doesn't exactly scream "leader". Norv is a good comparison. His public persona compares with Norv, or Dennis Allen. But there are great head coaches who seem really bland at a microphone - they aren't first ballot HOFers though![]()

At this point I don't care what kind of persona they have, what team they grew up loving, what tree they came from, I don't care if they are well spoken or never speak. If they wipe from the front or the back...I just want a plan that leads to real improvement and wins.

Well Ben Johnson was the hot head coaching candidate for 2 coaching cycles back to back, and in a little more demand then Kubiak..... and Ben Johnson got $13 million per year, and he replaced Eberflus who made $6 million per year. Davis isnt cheap so he'll probably give Kubiak $14 or $15 Mil per.Nor_Cal_Raider wrote: Thu Jan 29, 2026 6:29 pm So the next bet is how much kubiak makes his first year? I agree, although he gifted the Broncos last game. What a moron.Marzan wrote: Thu Jan 29, 2026 11:18 pm He's a nasty, arrogant POS. But he can certainly coach a team
