Has he or his father indicated a negative opinion of the Raiders? I remember the Eli Manning camp leaking rumors fairly early about the Chargers. It will be interesting to see what agent he retains.

It's not official, but every single tea leaf is pointing that direction, especially Indiana bringing in TCU QB Hoover on a big NIL deal (to fill Fernando's spot), and his brother transferring to Georgia Tech.

Guy won a Heisman and a National Championship, he's graduated college, and Tom Brady is his idol. It's a near 100% lock he declares, there's no reason to stress on this at all.

Even if Brady were just a figure head he bings credibility to the Raiders. He is more than that but I like the fact that the ultimate competitor is on our side.

I am a Raiders fan and I reserve the right to be fully stressed out.

Mendoza isn't nearly as corny as he seems in some of these media interviews.

I've seen him speak more casually on a few podcasts and you can see how smart/self aware he is and how he leans into the memes quite a bit.

Yeah, dude is savvy. You get a lot less slings and arrows thrown your way with his public persona than say a Sanders’ public persona. Life ain’t too shabby goin’ through it with kindness and the smarts to see the snakes.

Mendoza said in one interview (I watched it, can't find it) that his favorite player is Tom Brady. Things like that are going to happen I'd imagine. These "little influences"
