He was out the tackle box. The call was BSOaktownonly wrote: Fri Nov 07, 2025 4:20 pm He's been in the league long enough to know to get out of the tackle box yet he still sits in it. I know our line is shit, but knowing that why would you sit back there if your supposed to be a mobile QB? Move your ass. He's not mobile anymore if he ever was.

The team that knew him best, the Seahawks, offered him an extension, which he turned down. He’s been terrible but we weren’t the only ones who were interested.BoKnows81 wrote: Fri Nov 07, 2025 2:37 pm Geno had one good statistical year in Seattle but has never been a good QB. The media and fools like Ted above made you believe he was.

The throw didn't get to the line of scrimmage. He threw it short.

That means nothing. You think bad QBs can't get extensions? Derek Carr got an extension and had interest from other teams too. Jaemis Winston got an extension with the Saints. I could go on and on.Jeevo wrote: Fri Nov 07, 2025 9:00 pm The team that knew him best, the Seahawks, offered him an extension, which he turned down. Oh and Seattle is also the team that traded their so called franchise QB away. So yes, they knew him best. They knew he was trash.

I dont think hes ever been on a team this bad before. Team is damn near unwatchable.heavyD wrote: Fri Nov 07, 2025 2:23 pm Geno was better in Seattle. As with everyone else, he’s become worse in silver and black.

Who in their right mind ever called Geno a franchise qb?BoKnows81 wrote: Sat Nov 08, 2025 4:31 am That means nothing. You think bad QBs can't get extensions? Derek Carr got an extension and had interest from other teams too. Jaemis Winston got an extension with the Saints. I could go on and on.

They knew he was trash so they tried to extend him. Got it.BoKnows81 wrote: Sat Nov 08, 2025 4:31 am That means nothing. You think bad QBs can't get extensions? Derek Carr got an extension and had interest from other teams too. Jaemis Winston got an extension with the Saints. I could go on and on.

I guess you missed my first paragraph. Bad QBs have gotten extensions. Teams do make mistakes. The Seahawks admitted and corrected their mistake by finding a sucker (us) and getting rid of him.

They traded him after he made it clear that he didn't want to play there anymore. Them offering him an extension and then trading him after he said he wanted out, is not them admitting a mistake. Them signing him to an extension, him flaming out, and then him being cut or traded would be Them admitting a mistakeBoKnows81 wrote: Sat Nov 08, 2025 5:56 am I guess you missed my first paragraph. We made a mistake by trading for him and an even bigger mistake signing him to an extension. The front office has yet to admit this
